Working at Yankee Candles and Macy's a conflict of interest? - working for macys
If you worked at Macy's in the composition of 5 years and now want to get a part-time job in the Yankee Candle one days per week. Is this a conflict of interest for Macy's? A woman who said Macy's in human resources, it was. I think I will not go into Yankee Candles, what do you think? What should I do?

Ask yourself why there are in a conflict of interest. I did not know, Macy's has a huge sail, then he has something (sorry for the sarcasm, have missed)).
ReplyDeleteIf you are not in business or access to something that the amount of revenue that could see the problem affects.
In the middle, where I work, candles, candle holders, decorative accents, potpourri, room sprays and other similar items that are sold both in the department store Macy's and Yankee Candle. This comes into play, especially in the winter, when stocks Macy is much longer in the house all decoration materials, such as scented candles and ornaments, and Yankee Candle ramps while its marketing to the same elements as the Christmas season is the biggest sales period. Although there is a conflict in his department are not particular to the bank / channel as a whole. I think that is the perspective of human resource is valid.
