Mean No, not always, cancer, frequent symptoms of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) which can be managed through diet, exercise and therapies that taking the contraceptive pill, certain endocrine disorders change leading to disease. PCOS and I had a tennis ball size tumor was removed in an ovary, which, fortunately, a benign mass and said it is often the case, they are harmless.
