Such a thing does not exist. Most people avoid insects - there is not enough interest to fund such a large project. There are about 100,000 species of insects in the United States - South Carolina has a lot of them. Many species are microscopically small, while others are so similar that requires the determination of the species, a preparation, and of course, much remains to be discovered. You can find lists of species, but few have the pictures. I bet most of the insects were photographed in the state before.
