I currently have negative equity in home and want a lower rate. How? - citimortgage equity loan
My mortgage is with CitiMortgage, has never been beaten, but they were a little tight cash flow. I wish to take advantage of low interest rates, but can not because they have negative equity. You can do something to change myself to my credit?
